WELCOME TO WINTER PARK/MAITLAND UNDER THE LIGHTS 

Registration is CLOSED for the  FALL 2019 Winter Park/Maitland Under the Lights flag football season. The FALL season runs September through October, with games taking place on Friday nights at:

REGISTRATION FEES

  • $135 Early Bird Registration thru June 1, 2019
  • $160/player includes a Under Armour game shirt and shorts
  • $175 Late Registration after July 31, 2019
  • Your child will play every game!
  • Practice a hour before games is mandated by the league

Sibling discount is $25 - may only be applied towards ONE child and can not be combined with early bird rate. Please email commissioner for discount to be given once registration has been completed.

REFUND POLICY:
All refund requests must be submitted to the league commissioner prior to the 2nd game of the season. A refund will be issued less,  $25 for a processing fee. NO refund requests after the 2nd game of the season!

October 4, 11, 18, 25 (Playoff & Championships)

 

LEAGUE FORMAT:

6v6 Flag

  • Pre-K-Kindergarden Division
  • 1st-2nd Grade Division 
  • 3rd-4th Grade Division
  • 5th-6th Grade Division
  • 7th-8th Grade Division
  • ​Practice is only mandated a hour before games and a practice area is provided. Any additional practice is on a voluntary basis​.
  • Game times are 10 minute quarters with 4 quarters per game.
  • Division Champions receive medals and trophies

ROSTERS:
Teams are formed by participants requesting "friends" and "coaches" to play for during the season. All request must be given on the registration form. We will work to meet your special request, but we do not guarantee that any or all of your requests will be met. REFUNDS will not be given if Under the Lights is unable to meet your special request.

Single players will be placed on teams based on some form of familiarity through same school, sport organization, neighborhood, etc.

EQUIPMENT:
Players must wear mouthguards for ALL games. Any player without a mouthguard will not be allowed to participate.

Players must wear shorts with NO pockets.
 

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS:

  • All coaches are volunteers and are not provided by Under the Lights Flag League.
  • All Coaches and Volunteers must provide the Commissioner of your league with a current Coaches certification and background check. If you need to update or obtain both please use the following links:
