PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE CORRECT LEAGUE. WE CANNOT TRANSFER REGISTRATIONS TO ANY OTHER LEAGUES. THIS IS THE REGISTRATION FORM LAKE MARY/SANFORD . ALL REFUNDS NOT INITIATED BY THE LEAGUE ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE. NO EXCEPTION . THANK YOU

*In order to get a full team registrations discount team must have at 10 least players and/or fully paid for the entire team. Please email lakemary@uaflag.com for pricing. Head Coach free registration upon completion of league requirements prior to season starting. All players including head coach child must be fully registered prior to promo codes or free registration applied. **Single players will only be added to the FREE AGENT list. Once a coach volunteers to coach the team parents will be notified of practice and their coaches info. The league does not provide coaches. In the event no parent or volunteer steps up to coach the team the parents of the FREE AGENT players will be notified that their player will not be able to play this season. 🛑🚨 Only register if you are already on a formed team. No Free Agent (Single Players) may register. All teams are full. Only full teams may register of 10 or more players with a head coach already designated.
